This native dance in Kalinga province, situated in the Northern part of Luzon Island, depicts Kalinga women walking through the rice terraces while carrying a “labba” or basket on their head filled with variety of foods. Ragragsakan is an adaptation of a unique Kalinga tradition in which women gather and prepare for a “budong” or also known as peace pact ceremony.
