Directions From Narita Airport
Option 1: Train - Narita Express (NEX)
Take the Japan Railways (JR) Narita Express (NEX) from Narita Airport to JR Shinjuku Station for \2,910. Purchase a ticket for \290 and transfer to the JR Chuo Line (orange-colored train) heading towards Takao. Get off at Musashi-sakai Station and exit the JR Station from the South Exit. Proceed to the right about 25 meters, after which you will reach the Seibu Station Entrance. Purchase a Seibu Line ticket for \170, enter the Seibu Station Entrance, and take the Seibu-Tamagawa Line (yellow-colored train) two stops to Tama Station. Get off at Tama Station, and walk towards the left after exiting the station. Take the underground stairwell to the other side of the station and walk towards the main intersection ahead of you. Cross the street to the TUFS campus. This route requires 2 transfers, takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes, and costs \3,370 in total.
Option 2: Train - Keisei Skyliner or Limited Express
Take the Keisei Skyliner from Narita Airport to Japan Railways (JR) Nippori Station for \1,920. Purchase a JR ticket for \450 and transfer to the JR Yamanote Line (green-colored train) heading towards Shinjuku. At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line (orange-color train) heading towards Takao. This route requires 3 transfers, takes about 2 hours, and costs \2,540 in total. Alternatively, if you do not have much luggage and do not mind a slightly longer and less comfortable trip, you can save some money by following the same route described above but take the slower Keisei Limited Express instead of the Skyliner. This route requires 3 transfers, takes about 2.5 hours, and costs \1,620 in total.
Option 3: Bus - Airport Limousine
Purchase a ticket for the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport to Keio Chofu Station (\3,200) at the Bus Ticket Counters in the airport arrival lobby.
