The event is part of the ICL project—a project carried out by TUFS among other Japanese universities. We hope you join us in this event as it will give you the chance to reflect on yourself by working together with students who speak a different language and have a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Do you know the correct way to serve sake?
In this seminar, you can learn about the production process of Japanese sake, as well as the proper procedure of consuming and serving sake in social/business settings.
The seminar includes quizzes and virtual brewery tour, which will help you expand your knowledge on sake and Japanese culture in general.
