Dear students,

Monday, January 10, 2022 (Coming of Age Day) falls on a class day (Fall Quarter: Monday, the 12th class), but if a student attends the Coming of Age Ceremony, it falls under item 5, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the “Cases in which students may request consideration for absences” in the Arrangements Concerning the Handling of Absences from Classes.

If you wish to participate in the Coming of Age Ceremony, please submit the “notification of reasons for absence from class” along with a copy (pdf) of the necessary documents (such as a letter of invitation from the local government, etc.) to the Student Affairs Division after the beginning of the fall semester.
