We hereby accept the candidates of members of the Employee
Representative Committee as follows, in accordance with article 4 of the
rules for the election of members of the Employee Representative
Committee of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

２．Accepting Time : 9:00a.m., ~ 17:00p.m.

３．Venue : Personnel Division, (4th floor at Administration Building)

４．How to apply :Those who run for member of the Employee Representative Committee
　(The fixed number is as specified in Table 1 of the Committee Regulations.)
　shall submit the Application form of candidacy for member of the Employee
　Representative Committee filling and signing it by himself/herself.

５．Voting Period : December 2 (Thu), ~December 17(Fri), 2021
　　　　 (Details will be notified separately.)

６．Remarks :Those who elected by this election shall be member of Committee to
　select "Majority Representative" stipulated in the Labor Standards Act.
