We hereby accept the candidates of members of the Employee Representative Committee as follows, in accordance with article 4 of the rules for the election of members of the Employee Representative Committee of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

１．Accepting Period : November 10 (Tue), ~November 26 (Thu), 2020

２．Accepting Time : 9:00a.m., ~ 17:00p.m.

３．Venue : Personnel Division, (4th floor at Administration Building)

４．How to apply : Those who run for member of the Employee Representative Committee (The fixed number is as specified in Table 1 of the Committee Regulations.) shall submit the Application form of candidacy for member of the Employee Representative Committee filling and signing it by himself/herself.

５．Voting Period : December 2 (Wed), ~December 18 (Fri), 2020 (Details will be notified separately.)

６．Remarks : Those who elected by this election shall be member of Committee to select "Majority Representative" stipulated in the Labor Standards Act.
