2023 (Reiwa 5) Entrance Ceremony

The entrance ceremony for the academic year 2023 will be held as follows.

Date and Time

April 8, 2023 (Saturday)

• Graduate School Master's and Doctoral Programs 10:00 - (Doors open at 9:30)
• School of Language and Culture Studies 13:00- (doors open 12:30)
• School of International and Area Studies, School of Japan Studies 15:00- (doors open 14:30)

Place

New students：Prometheus Hall, inside AGORA Global
Parents：Classrooms 101 and 102, Research and Lecture Building

Others

• Please refrain from attending the entrance ceremony if you have any unusual symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, etc.
• Please wear warm clothes as the room will be ventilated.
• Please take general infection control measures such as hand sanitizer and cough etiquette when entering the building.
• The ceremony is scheduled to last approximately one hour.
• Rooms 101 and 102 will be open to parents, and the ceremony will be streamed on video.

The schedule and method of holding the ceremony may be changed depending on the situation of the COVID-19. In such a case, we will announce it on the university website, etc.
