Director of El Centro Cultural Hispano-Japonés de la Universidad de Salamanca Gives Lecture at TUFS

On Friday the 19th of October, the Japan Foundation Awards 2018 Commemorative Lecture was held at the Sakura Hall of the Japanese Language Center for International Students, at which Mr. José Abel Flores Villarejo, Director of the El Centro Cultural Hispano-Japonés de la Universidad de Salamanca, gave a speech on ‘The Spanish-Japanese Cultural Center of the University of Salamanca: Between Tradition and the Future’.
El Centro Cultural Hispano-Japonés de la Universidad de Salamanca is a facility that has contributed towards Japanese-Spanish friendship for many years through academic and cultural exchanges. TUFS entered a partnership agreement with the University of Salamanca in 2008, and established a Global Japan Office on their campus in 2015.
The lecture was attended by many students from TUFS, including students majoring in Spanish Language and Southwest European Area Studies. After the lecture, a gathering was held.
