TUFS Institute of International Relations Holds Meeting on International Joint Research on Incommensurability of International Law

The TUFS Institute of International Relations held its third meeting on International Joint Research on Incommensurability of International Law via Zoom on October 18, 2021. The meeting was attended by 14 participants.

TUFS vice president MATSUKUMA Jun hosted the event, while KATO Yudai from Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University made a presentation titled ‘Incommensurability and International Law.’ After Mr. Kato’s presentation, comments were made by SATO Yoshiaki from Seikei University (International Law). He was later joined by Professor KODERA Satoshi from Seinan Gakuin University (International Law) and Associate Professor SAMATA Norihito from Musashino University for a debate.
