TUFS Swim Club Win Big at National Swimming Competition

From Saturday 5 th August - Monday 7 th August, the TUFS Swimming Club achieved great results at the '90 th Kanto Student Championship Swimming Competition' held at the Yokohama International Swimming Pool. In particular, the team won the 4 th division male 200m relay for the first time in TUFS history.

Following this win, on Friday 11 th and Saturday 12 th of August, Shintaro Imai, Muneyuki Takeuchi, Ayako Sasaki (School of Language and Culture Studies, Filipino Language Studies, Third Year), and Yu Inoue will compete in the '64 th National Public University Championship Swimming Competition' (sponsored by Japan Swimming Federation) in the Fukui Prefecture.
In addition, Muneyuki Takeuchi and Yu Inoue will compete in the '93 rd Japan Student Championship Swimming Competition' (sponsored by Japan Swimming Federation) in Osaka on Friday 1 st and Sunday 3 rd of September.
