Human Rights Petition Committee Party of the Czech Republic Visited TUFS on May 19th

On the 19th of May 2016 (Thu), Mr. Zdeněk Berka, Vice President of the Human Rights Petition Committee Party of the Czech Republic along with 4 other members joined His Excellency Mr. Tomas DUB, Ambassador of the Czech Republic residing in Japan and visited TUFS to exchange with students studying the language and culture of the Czech Republic. The students talked about their motives for studying Czech and their current research topics and received words of encouragement and advice from the committee party members.

Before exchanging with students, the committee members had a conference with President Tateishi. At the conference Vice President Kobayashi, Prof. Nagasaki (Head of International Exchange) and Prof. Shinohara (Head of Czech Language Department) also participated and confirmed the promotion of future exchanges between the Czech Republic and TUFS.

This visit was conducted due to the committee party expressing an interest in observing the Czech language education here at TUFS.
