Academic Exchange Agreements with CUFS signed on August 26th

On Wednesday, August 26th, TUFS concluded an agreement for academic exchange and cooperation with Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (CUFS), Korea.

The signing ceremony was held at TUFS and attended by TUFS President Tateishi and delegates from CUFS, such as Vice President Cho, Jang Youn, Prof. Cho, Ki Seok, Division of English, and Prof. Yoon, Ho-Sook, Dept. of Japanese Language.

After the ceremony, Vice President Koji Miyazaki, Prof. Tomoko Fujimura, Vice Director of Japanese Language Center for International Students, Prof. Yukie Kobayashi, Special Advisor to the President, joined the meeting and exchanged opinions about the e-learning system of CUFS and further cooperation with the two universities.

CUFS is one of the South Korea’s leading on-line universities. CUFS is also a sister school of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), with which TUFS has been cooperating in education and academic research since 2002.

Cooperation with CUFS, HUFS, and TUFS is expected to build a new educational system in foreign studies.
