President Tateishi Attends QS Summit in Seoul

From Wednesday 5th July to Friday 7th July, TUFS President Tateishi and Vice President Takeda attended the QS Summit in Seoul, South Korea. President Tateishi gave a presentation about the history of translation at TUFS titled 'TUFS Towards Interculturality through Translation.'

QS is an organisation that ranks universities all over the world, and holds many summits for different fields of study in various cities around the world every year. This time around, the summit was humanities focused, with the theme being 'Language, Literature & Culture,' and was held at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

On the first day of the summit, a reception was held, which was attended by university officials from over 20 different countries throughout Asia, Europe, America, the Middle East, and Africa.
