On Thursday 6th of July, the Romanian Ambassador of Japan, H.E. Mrs. Svetlana Tatiana Iosiper, visited TUFS to observe the quality of our Romanian language education. Ambassador Iosiper observed a Romanian language class, and interacted with many students studying Romanian. Students studying Romanian through the Open Academy program were also able to attend.

The attending students practiced giving self-introductions in Romanian, and presented them to Ambassador Iosiper. The Ambassador asked many questions and offered the students words of encouragement.

Before attending the class, Ambassador Iosiper met with TUFS Executive Director/Vice President Kayoko Hayashi. This meeting was also attended by International Management Office Director, Sho Hagio, and Mr. Shingo Suzuki (Lecturer in Romanian Language). Discussions focused on improving relations between Romania and TUFS.
