[Basic Course] Slot 8: (Lecture) Challenges in Consolidating Peace by Kenji Isezaki from TUFS |
2007-12-06 |
[Outline]
This lecture introduces new challenges in the nation-building process, which derive from the diversification of international concerned actors. While particularly paying special attention to “war on terror” after the 9/11 attacks, it develops a critical analysis on the actors and their attempts toward Security Sector Reform – for example, the NATO, the UN, the US alliance, and other donors.
