This lecture introduces students to the purpose of the PCS Global Campus Program and its course outline and structure. The latter part of the lecture focuses the generalized aspects of development from pre-conflict, in-conflict and post-conflict towards peace-consolidation stages, and the responses by international, regional and domestic actors.
