日本と外国の二重国籍でも、留学生向け（私費外国人留学生選抜、日本留学試験利用選抜、海外高校推薦選抜）の選抜は受けられますか？
I hold dual nationality; Japan and another country. Can I apply for selections for international students?

その他の出願要件を満たせば、海外高校推薦選抜のみ受けられます。私費外国人留学生選抜と日本留学試験利用選抜は「日本国の永住許可を得ていない者」であることが出願資格ですので、二重国籍であっても日本の国籍を持つ方は受けられません。

You can apply only for "High School Recommendation for School of Japan Studies" when you meet Eligibility and other Qualifications. Other two examinations for international students require you not to have obtained a permanent residence permit in Japan.
