出願はできますが、日本の高校等を卒業した人たちと同じ試験・授業を受けることになるので、日本語力が必要です。過去問を参考にしてください。

You may apply for it, but you need high Japanese language skills as you will take the same examinations and classes that students who graduate from Japanese high schools will take.
