東京外国語大学で研究生をしています。出願時の書類は研究生の出願の際に提出しているので、提出はしなくてもよいですか？
I am a research student at TUFS. I submitted all the necessary documents before. Do I need to submit them again?

  書類は改めて提出する必要があり、提出できない場合は不受理になります。

  本学の研究生であっても、特別対応はいたしません。必ず早めに用意をしてください。

  また、提出する書類は募集要項記載のとおりです。博士前期課程は学部レベルの証明書が必要であり、大学院レベルの証明書では代用できません。但し、手元に大学院レベルのものしかない場合は、早めに入試課へ相談してください。

　You are required to submit all the necessary documents again. If not your application is not accepted.

　 Research students at TUFS are not exempt. It is highly recommended to submit all the required documents earlier. Please refer to the admission information.

　Undergraduate certificate is required for applying master courses and graduate certificate is not accepted. However if you have no certificate other than graduate one, consult with the admissions office as soon as possible.
