CDGDCの学位取得証明書とCHSIの成績証明書の取り扱いについて
About degree certificate of CDGDC and transcript of CHSI

  学歴の認証については、CHSIが唯一行える機関である旨、中国教育部の公示があったことに加え、2018年度より紙での発行を取りやめた旨の公示があったので、Webから印刷したものを認めています。

  それに対し、成績や学位についての証明は、CDGDCやCHSIが唯一行える機関である旨の公示はなく、「専用Webサイトにて確認が行える」のみです。（CDGDCについても、紙媒体での発行が止まっているようです。）

  そのため、他の国から受験する方との公平性を保つため、Q4-1のとおり出身大学が発行する証明書の原本、もしくは、Q4-3①のとおりWebから印刷したものについては公的機関の認証を受けたものを求めています。

  なお、CDGDCやCHSIが紙媒体で原本を出していた時代に取得した証明書を使用する場合は、入試課にお問い合わせください。

　CHSI is the only institute that can certify academic background.
　Since 2018, the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China is opt for paperless system.
　Certificates downloaded and printed from the Web are officially accepted.
　　　
　Whereas there is no official announcement that CDGDC and CHSI are not the only institute that can certify transcripts and degrees. You can use the specific Web site to check.（CDGDC’s Paper based document project seems to have stopped.）

　Therefore to keep the fairness for those who apply from countries other than China, as mentioned in Q4-1,Submit the original document from your alma mater or according to Q4-3①, you can have Web based document certified from the official institute.

　If you wish to use the certificate issued before CDGDC and CHSI went paperless, consult with admission office.
