16年未満の課程で、学士の学位が出ない課程ですが、資格を多く取得しています。出願資格審査を申請することはできますか？
I have spent less than 16 years of education and I have not obtained my bachelor’s degree yet, however I have obtained many licenses and certificates. Am I eligible to apply for eligibility check?

  出願資格審査は受けることができません。

  出願資格の補足説明に記載のとおり、出願資格審査においては、取得している資格ではなく、「顕著な業績」が必要となります。

  ご自身の研究に関する分野において、何かしらの実績を残しているなどの非常に特殊な経歴があれば申請を受け付けますが、そうでない場合は受け付けられません。

　You cannot unless you have some kind of achievements in your studying field. 　

　As mentioned in the admission information, you need to show ”conspicuous achievements”.

　Note that certificates cannot help.
