15年の課程を修了し、研究生として1年勉強しました。博士前期課程の出願資格はありますか？
I attended school for 15 years and studied as a research student for one year. Am I eligible to apply for my masters?

  修業年限が3年の、学部に相当する課程を修了し、学士に相当する学位を取得している場合
　If you have completed three years at university and obtained a degree which is equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

  修業年限が2年の、学部に相当する課程を修了し、学士に相当する学位を取得している場合
　If you have completed two years at university and obtained a degree which is equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

③
  修業年限が2年の、学部に相当する課程を修了し、学士に相当する学位を取得した後、修士課程に相当する課程に進み、その国の教育課程において16年以上の課程を修了(見込)の場合
　After you have completed two years at university and obtained a degree which is equivalent to a bachelor's degree and started master's program and completed(or expected to complete) 16 years of education.

④
  出願資格(1)～(5)において、学士に相当する学位を取得していない場合
　If you have not obtained a degree which is equivalnet to bachelor's degree for the eligibility(1)～(5)

●「16年の課程を修了」とは、教育課程の16年目(日本の教育課程では大学4年次）を修了することを意味します。学校に16年間通っている、ということではありません。

●「Complete 16 years of school education 」means you have completed 16 years of education(As for Japanese system it means to complete 4 years at university）. It does not mean you have simply commuted to school for 16 years.
