証明書発行組織における、原本の定義について
Supplement2: Definition of original documents

 英語能力に係る各種試験の証明書等、一部の証明書においては、「開封すると無効になる」「直送でなければ証明書として認められない」ものがあります。

 本学募集要項および検定実施団体のホームページを必ず確認してください。

　Some English certificates need to be sent directly from the official institute or can become invalid if unsealed.
　Make sure to check the websites of TUFS admission information and examination institutes.

 例）
  TOEFLのスコアについては、実施団体Webサイト記載のとおり「Official Score Report」の本学への直送が必要になります。

 e.g.) The "Official Score Report" of TOEFL should be directly sent to us as mentioned in the website. 

  原本を求めている場合にExaminee Score ReportやTest Taker Score Reportを提出しても不受理になるので、気をつけてください。

　Pay attention that when original documents are required, Examinee Score Report or Test Taker Score Report are not accepted.
