Can I inquire on weekends and national holidays？

　土・日・祝日(及び夏期・冬期休業期間中)は窓口が閉まっていますので、問い合わせを受け付けていません。

　試験実施中などで職員がいる場合もありますが、試験業務中ですのでお問い合わせの電話はお控えください。

※当日実施中の試験の受験に関する内容にのみ、対応いたします。

　We are closed on weekends and national holidays (including summer and winter holidays).

　There might be some staffs who work on holidays due to attending examinations, however they can answer questions only relevant to the examination.
